Totally useless and a waste of money. Do not use!

Ì had an LFT, and I couldn't register my results just because I didn't received the code in any way.

Simple, easy and quick. Lianne was very professional, friendly and helpful. So much easier than having to go to a test centre or put anything in the post. Used my test certificate for entry into Zimbabwe and it was accepted with no problem. Highly recommend!

Still no email or communication with a link to a video call with a doctor.
Not much help from admin either. Phone lines close at 2pm so left to emails.

Was supposed to arrive the next day. Due to postal strikes it arrived 5 days late and on the evening before my flight. I was very anxious and worried as I needed to complete the test 24 hours before departure.

Company sent me a test very efficiently. The fact that the tests are pointless and that the whole world should wake up to the deaths caused by the mRNA jabs and the whole economy being closed down for something that is not a problem to over 99.9% of people is another story. Covid is the biggest con on the human race in history! Wake up people.

Easy website, easy ordering and efficient. Booked observed test. My travel plans changed and yet Medicspot via 1 email were happy to refund part of the test without complaint.

I caught Covid a few days before I was due to make a trip abroad. I had travel insurance, including cancellation insurance, and needed to supply documentation to prove that I tested positive for Covid. I contacted Medicspot and they quickly sent me all the details and a test kit for me to take and send the result back to them. They were then able to issue a document that confirmed I was positive for Covid. This was accepted by my insurance and enabled me to put in the claim. The whole procedure was very reasonably priced and directions to take the test and submit the result were easy to follow.

Booking and appoinment was smooth. however had some change of plans and Conner from live chat support was very helpful to process the last minute cancellation. would use service again!
